Do you only work with large enterprises?
No. About 40% of our clients have fewer than 300 employees. Our Monitor tier exists precisely for scale-ups that need a real SOC without hiring one.
Will a penetration test break production?
We agree rules of engagement up front, avoid destructive payloads and throttle traffic. Most clients test against production with zero downtime; we can also work in staging.
How fast can you respond to an active incident?
Retainer clients get a responder on a bridge call within 15 minutes, any time. Non-retainer emergencies are handled on a best-effort basis, usually within 2 hours.
Where is our data stored?
Telemetry stays in your chosen region: EU (Frankfurt) or US (Ohio). We are SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified, and we sign DPAs as standard.
Can you help with SOC 2 or ISO 27001?
Yes. Our GRC team runs gap assessments, writes policies, and collects evidence with you. We are not your auditor, which keeps the opinion independent.
